Refund & Privacy Policies

  

Public Sails:

Refunds of registration fees for Public and Festival Sails and Member Transits will be made up to 48 hours before the starting time of the sail (less a $10 administrative fee per space reserved). Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.  

Open-enrollment Trips (Fantastic Voyage, Family Sail):

Full payment is due upon registration for these programs. Refunds are allowed (less a $45 administrative fee) if the cancellation is made up to 21 days before the program start date. No refunds will be made after that point, but registration is transferable to another individual who qualifies for the program. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.  

Sound Studies and Sound Explorations:

Please contact the Education Director for cancellation policies. 

Cancellations by Sound Experience:

In the event of cancellation by Sound Experience for reasons of safety, weather, or operational readiness of the vessel, Sound Experience will reimburse the individual for the daily fee pro-rated for each day or partial day canceled.  Sound Experience will not be held responsible for any liability or costs incurred by the individual due to any cancellation, except as stated above.
