Jason Sneed Memorial Scholarship
The family of Jason Sneed have created this Memorial Scholarship to commemorate the tremondous love Jason had for Puget Sound, his eagerness to share his knowledge, and his fondness of his time aboard Adventuress.
Known to his crewmates simply as "Sneed," Jason brought a deep passion and knowledge of Puget Sound's ecology to our community--especially Orcas! During his many years sailing aboard Adventuress, he inspired hundreds of participants throughout the Salish Sea.
We are honored to offer this scholarship to youth in memory of Sneed, and will continue to inspire others care for the Salish Sea as deeply as Jason did.
